You can save an ‘identity’ for every member of your family, your friends, your enemies or even your pets; so once you’ve set them up initially, all you have to do is click the relevant identity button on the Roboform Toolbar and it fills out all your details.
That’s a time-saver in itself, but what I really love about it is how it saves individual forms – so if for example, you go to a competition on the XYZ website and click your ‘personal identity’ but it only partially fills out the form, because it may be that the fields are labeled differently – then you can go on and manually complete the form correctly, but you then go back to the Roboform Toolbar and choose ‘Save as Form’ from the dropdown list. This means the next time you visit the XYZ website to complete a competition entry, you just click on the button for the form you previously saved and it is filled out instantly. (Including the terms & conditions tick box)
The other great thing about it is that it saves all your usernames and passwords for every site you sign up to. Roboform will also generate complex passwords for you if that’s a feature you find useful.
I would be completely lost with Roboform Pro nowadays.
